Pastor Galswells is a resident of the Land of the Living and is a minor antagonist. The local holy man, he presides over Victor and Victoria's wedding rehearsal and later over Victoria and Lord Barkis's wedding. Paster Galswells lives in the church. Paster Galswells is a stern man with little patience for those who make mistakes. He is thrown into a state of shock by the arrival of the dead Upstairs, especially when they completely ignore his demand that they not enter his church and instead return to their graves. That's the last time we see Paster Galswells. Paster Gallswells was likely still standing where he was and watched Emily walk past him and walk to Victor. Paster Galswells was at Victor and Victoria's wedding the next day.
